Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Arclight Dynamics(“Arclight Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of KizuneAI(the “Service”), available at kizuneai.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in “Changes to these terms” below. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

KizuneAI is an intimate companion experience intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the Service. By using KizuneAI, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

KizuneAI lets you converse with companions: interactive personas generated by artificial intelligence and powered by large language models. Companions are software. They are not real people, are not conscious, and do not have feelings, memories, or a life outside the Service, even when they are designed to feel warm and personal. Anything a companion says is machine-generated text and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.

KizuneAI is for companionship and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or otherwise — and a companion is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or crisis responder. Do not rely on a companion for decisions that affect your health, safety, or wellbeing.

If you are in crisis: KizuneAI cannot help in an emergency. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, or you are otherwise in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right away. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are elsewhere, reach out to a local crisis line or emergency number. Please talk to a real person who can help.

To use most features you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account or let anyone under 18 use it. Notify us promptly at support@kizuneai.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

KizuneAI is a private, personal space, but a few things are off limits. You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18, or attempt to give access to anyone under 18.
• Use KizuneAI to create, solicit, or share content that sexualizes minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or is otherwise illegal.
• Harass, threaten, or harm real people, or attempt to use a companion to plan harm against yourself or others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, extract, or resell the underlying models, prompts, or persona content, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or security measures, or access the Service through automated means except as we expressly permit.
• Upload malicious code, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

KizuneAI offers a Free tier (limited to 20 messages per day and one companion) and a Pro subscription at $9.99 per month that unlocks unlimited messaging and all companions. You can use the Free tier without paying.

Payments for Pro are processed by Stripe, our payment processor and merchant of record. When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $9.99 (plus any applicable taxes) to your payment method. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month refunds for cancellations. If we materially change the price, we will give you notice and the change will apply to your next renewal.

KizuneAI, including its software, design, companions, personas, names, and branding, is owned by Arclight Dynamics and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You retain ownership of the original content you submit (for example, the messages you write). You grant us a license to store, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service and to generate companion responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because companion responses are generated by machine learning models, we do not guarantee that generated output is unique to you, and similar output may be produced for others.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that companion responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suited to your needs. You use KizuneAI at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arclight Dynamics and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You may stop using KizuneAIand delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
